Designing how fleet managers and drivers control card access, PINs and transaction alerts.
UTA Edenred provides fuel and service cards to fleets across Europe. I lead design for how fleet managers and drivers secure those cards: who can use them, with which credentials, and which transactions trigger an alert.
The work spans research with fleet managers and drivers, a credential model that balances security with speed at the pump, and alert rules that surface what matters without drowning managers in noise.
